Community Health, Justice and Peace Initiative for Development hosted a review and learning session with our valued funder, #KerkInActie, focusing on evaluating local projects and preparing for a new initiative in Northeast Nigeria. This upcoming project is designed to uplift communities and improve their living standards.
A key highlight of the financial training included valuable insights into financial administration principles, internal financial control, the four building blocks, and the Mango Health Check, with actionable recommendations for improvement. The session also featured a finance review practical, where achievements were reviewed, challenges addressed, best practices exchanged, and future plans outlined.

At Community Health, Justice and Peace Initiative for Development, professional development is at the heart of our mission, ensuring that our team is fully equipped to have a meaningful impact in the communities we serve. Over the course of an insightful five-day Step-Down Training on Project Cycle Management (PCM), our admin and field staff engaged in an enriching experience tailored to enhance their expertise in planning, execution, and sustainability.
The training was designed to build capacity, foster teamwork, and equip staff with essential tools to successfully manage projects and programs. Through dynamic and interactive sessions, participants explored key methodologies, shared experiences, and embraced best practices that will strengthen their ability to implement impactful initiatives.
Beyond technical skills, this training emphasised the importance of collaboration, trust, and shared learning, reinforcing our dedication to operational excellence.
