Here we have a Women's Antique Silk Victorian Black Short Jacket w/Nautical Brooch.<br><br>Armpit to armpit- 40"<br><br>Shoulder to hem- 15"<br><br>Shoulder to cuff- 26"<br><br>Fabric Content: 100% Silk<br><br>Condition: Silk shell is in beautiful condition but inner lining of jacket is in fair/poor condition, see pics for wear.<br><br>Note: I have handled many historic garments and textiles and yet have never come across this fabric type before. It has a rough nubby/tweed like texture, yet consists of silk. This is one of the most unique Victorian era jackets I have ever come across, a truly rare find!<br><br>Jacket come from a smoke free environment. All sales are final. Thanks for looking!
