Vintage Sterling Silver Ancient Roman Glass Necklace Designed by Shablool Didae

Didae has created a beautiful ancient Roman glass necklace nestled within swirls of sterling silver, a flower accent &amp; interesting chain. Hallmarks: "925 ISRAEL didae." Chain is 18-inches in length with an additional 1-1/2 inch extension chain for a possibility of 19-1/2 inches in length. Necklace has patina which accentuates the look of this vintage jewelry item; it is otherwise in excellent condition. This Roman glass pendant has flecks of green, blue, purple, gold, pink, silver, orange-- GORGEOUS! Weight 14.1g. This glass was once part of a window, jug, vase or vessel. With the fall of the empire much of the glass in Israel was left behind &amp; buried in the sand for centuries. Almost 2000 years later excavation work discovered these beautiful, delicate glass pieces having undergone oxidation.
