Vintage sterling silver ring with 18k gold accents, set with a genuine emerald-cut Swiss blue topaz gem. Features marcasites and intricate scroll pattern shoulders. The setting measures 3/4" north-south and 11/16" east-west. The topaz is estimated to be approximately 8 carats. Ring size 6.75, weighs 7.6 grams. Marked 925 and 18k, with a maker's mark resembling Krementz Jewelry. Overall condition is very good, with possible minor marcasite loss on the shoulders. Topaz is the birthstone for November. Likely a period revival from the 1980s. Gorgeous!
