Born in 1950, he has been making jewelry since he was fifteen years old. At fifteen, he was considered one of the top Southwestern US jewelers / silversmiths (of the past and present). Herbert was featured in Arizona Highways along with other greats like Jesse Monongye, Richard Tsosie, and Larry Golsch.<br>The unique quality of vintage sterling silver jewelry comes from the beautiful characteristics inherent in hand-wrought silver.
