Very clean! Leather is beautiful, vintage Coach leather. Zippers all work perfectly. There are a few pages left of the original Coach memo pad.<br>️sprayed with distilled white vinegar to prevent mold <br>️ conditioned with Bick 4<br>️ buffed with horsehair brush <br>️ a very small amount of black Angelus Leather Paint mixed with Bick 4 was applied on faded areas of piping
