True vintage dating from the early 1960s. Purchased at Wehmueller Jewelers, St. Louis, MO. One owner.<br><br>Unsigned brooch (in its original "by BALLOU" branded box) with a French Art Nouveau flair. Yellow gold overlay fancy pin with enamel, paste stones (diamond, peridot, tourmaline) and faux pearls. Simple safety lock pin clasp on the back.<br><br>Measures 1 7/8" wide and 1 3/4" tall.<br><br>The metal above the dangling pearl has tarnished. Otherwise great shape. Unworn and stored in its original jewelry box for nearly 50 years. Smoke free home.
