V-neck, slightly plunge neckline with grosgrain detailing along the waist and hips with little fabric covered buttons dangling. Some covered buttons are missing. Extra material at hem for button replacement. Lined with built-in crinoline. Metal zipper up the back. Union Label. Staining on inside lining.
