Unused, only tried on: EPOCA ♡ Pleated Knit Midi Skirt ♡ Size 40, Black

I purchased this lovely knit long skirt at EPOCA THE SHOP Marunouchi.<br><br>I loved it so much that I took good care of it, but I never got around to wearing it, so it's still unused. It's a beautiful skirt, and I hope someone will enjoy wearing it.<br><br>My mother bought it for me when we were shopping together, so my memory is a bit hazy, but I remember it cost around 70,000 yen.<br><br>The size is 40, which is equivalent to a size M.<br><br>Here are the approximate measurements (laid flat):<br>Length: Approximately 66cm<br>Waist: Approximately 26cm<br><br>Material: 81% rayon, 19% nylon<br><br>The knit skirt is quite stretchy.<br><br>When I (160cm tall) wear it, it's a midi length, falling below the knee.<br><br>It has plenty of pleats, giving it a luxurious feel. The hem has a subtle ruffle that's very stylish (see photo 3).<br><br>It's a black skirt, so it will go with anything, and the material can be worn year-round, making it a very convenient and useful piece to have.<br><br>Because it's knit, I was worried about it stretching if I hung it up, and I was also concerned about snagging it with my nails or rings, so I've been storing it folded in a drawer. Thanks to that, it's in very good condition.<br><br>Since it's unused, there are no pills or fuzzing, and it looks the same as when I bought it, at least to my eye. I apologize if I missed anything, but if there are any flaws, they would be very minor.<br><br>I'm selling this unused item at a significant discount from the original price, so I think it's a great deal for anyone who likes it.<br><br>Please understand that this is a pre-owned item that has been in someone's possession, and I hope you will consider it if you understand this.
