Calico Critters / Sylvanian Families Old Oak Hollow Treehouse Doll House. Retired and rare.
Features 4 levels, a gazebo, two balconies connected by a bridge walkway with rope railing, peekaboo trap doors, and a waterfall slide. Pond at the base with koi fish decals, removable cattails, and a little red rowboat. Front gate to the pond/dock area included (not attached). Sticker rugs and wall art are play-worn. Support beam for bridge has repaired tabs (see photos). Not all cattails included.
