It turns out to be a criminal drug experimenter who is being chased by two new costumed vigilantes: Cloak and Dagger. When Spider-Man tries to stop them from killing the drug dealer, Spider-Man becomes a victim of Dagger's light daggers. When they kill the drug dealer they leave Spider-Man behind to deal with the police.
