Vintage Christmas skirt by Square Up. <br><br>Square Up is a family owned clothing brand that started in 1975, and is still around. They make cute skirts for square dancing and twirling around in <br><br>This has several tiers of ruffles and a Christmas print with holly and berries. Elastic waist (vintage 40+ years old so it's not as stretchy as elastic nowadays). Several tiers in a deep green, the colors are super bold.<br><br>Excellent print and fabric, the tag says Small. please see measurements. I feel this can also fit a medium.
