SCARCE Judy Garland SECOND SOUVENIR ALBUM on Decca Records number 349. Four 78-RPM records in G to VG condition (but please note I do not grade 78s). Released 1943.<br><br>SLEEVE: Still intact but needs to be handled carefully. Top of record insert spine has detached from outer jacket. Lots of shelf/handling wear on edges and covers. Back cover is more worn than front.<br><br>RECORDS: Spot play tested only. “Zing Went the Strings of My Heart” was probably the most played of all sides.
