Rare vintage art pottery vase handmade by Herman August Kahler in the late 1890's and/or early 1900's. Red lustre glaze, known as maiolica, famously known as the Kahler red glaze.
Good condition. Small, minor chip on the top rim of the vase. Please review photos for condition and ask any questions prior to purchase. Herman August Kahler (1846-1917) was a Danish ceramic designer and manufacturer. His work is highly desirable.
