RARE Troa Cho Vintage 100% Silk Blouse. Korean designer with a now-shuttered New York City boutique. Lightweight wrap around with attached silk belt. Low cut front and back, very sexy and feminine. Drapes beautifully! Partially cinched sleeves. Circa '80s. Shoulder pads may be taken out. Stain on back of right sleeve - *untested* for removal.
