RARE The Magic Cgristmas Tree by Lee Kingman Hardcover FIRST PRINTING First Edition Dust Jacket.<br><br>This is a rare vintage copy of a beloved hard to find children’s book. Very rare to find a copy with a dust jacket<br><br>It is a former library book and has usual library markings.<br><br>HARDBACK pages are tight and secure. Minor pull from spine, but not loose. RARE Dust jacket does shows wear. But very good <br>the exterior board shows past moisture/staining. But this was only the outer board...no interior issues as you can see. (Can be cleaned (tutorial on YT) but leaving for buyer)<br><br>More photos and details upon request
