Handcrafted traditional piece from the Mizo Hilltribes of Mizoram (North East India, bordering Myanmar). Restrung with metal parts in the 1970s.
Beads/elements appear to be made of carved wood/bamboo. Estimated to be from the early to mid-1900s. Unique tribal jewelry!
