Item details<br><br>Description<br><br> "Sweetheart Jewelry" from World War II are pieces of history - especially pieces that signified a mother had a son, or sons, serving in the war.<br><br> Here is an extraordinary piece of that jewelry.<br><br> Crafted of sterling silver and enamel, the bracelet signifies someone had one son in the military during WW2 - the center panel with the blue star is the indication.<br><br> Surrounding the star are the flags of the Allied Forces. From left to right the flags are: USSR, USA, Britain and Republic of China.<br><br> There is no maker's mark on the bracelet.<br><br> Each panel is marked "sterling" (backside).<br><br> There are no visible cracks in the enamel.<br><br> Measurements - unclasped, it is 7 inches in length. Each flag, individually, is, approximately, 3/4 inches x 1/2 inch.
