Rare 80s Vintage Thermal Knit Ski Sweater, Alternative As Seen On (ASO) Willow Rosenberg in Buffy The Vampire Slayer (BTVS).
This sweater is a similar colorway to the one worn by Willow (Alyson Hannigan) in season 3, episode 11, "Gingerbread," which aired in 1999.
