Rare vintage 1957 Peter Ganine sculptured Gothic chess set complete in box. Salon Edition No. 1475. Very good condition.
Pieces are in like-new condition. The board has a few spots/stains. The box cover has some spots and wear from age/storage but closes securely and is in good shape. This is a great collectible set!
No manual included.
Peter Ganine (October 11, 1900 – August 11, 1974) was a Georgian-Russian-American sculptor best known for his work in ceramics and his chess sets.
