This Rachel Allan formal long sequined blue dress is in excellent condition. There is a little pilling to the very bottom of the dress in the last 1/2" or so of the hem.<br>Size 6.<br>There are a few sequins missing, but you really have to look to find them. <br>It zips down the back and has 4 sheer panels.
