Pokemon Item Finder 1st edition RARE NM

This is a FIRST EDITION Pokémon Item Finder Trainer card. It is ranked as the 20th most RARE Pokémon card in the world!!! See pics! <br>As you can see, it’s worth $700 mint, but as you can see in the photos, it’s near mint, but not mint. I do know how to grade cards and comics a little bit, so I would say that this is a PSA 8. <br>Even at a PSA 8 (or PSA 7 at the very least), the card is still worth a lot of money. <br>Please understand that I have been lowballed MANY times and lost $2,000 because a buyer took advantage of me when he knew I didn’t know enough about these cards until now. Also, I have been unemployed for 8 mos due to covid and I have NO unemployment! <br>I will be asking a fair price for this item and I will be sit on a PSA 7, even though its probably a PSA 8.
