Ships with original packaging including the card, pencil and extra button that came with the package.<br><br>Women's size Large Paynter Batch No. 18 Bill's Blue French Chore Coat. See Paynter 's website for coat details and size chart. But, I measured it while jacket was laid flat and Pit to Pit = 22 inches and Length from Shoulder = 23.75 inches. <br><br>This was released for Paynter's 5th anniversary. I bought a Medium and Large and ended up keeping the Medium (I love it and it's on my regular rotation). I'm a US Women's 8/10 so I think the Large would fit US Women's 12/14 well.
