This dress by Ona Rex is new without original tags attached. There is no interior care tag, but it's cotton or cotton blend. Fabric feels like denim, but is pliable & moves easily so it's not super stiff. It's a collared dress that has those military-style bands along the shoulders, one of which on each side hangs separately with a grommet at the end. Interior brand tag has exposed stitching on the back, with a pleat running down the back to give added definition to the dress. It's a very unique and stylish dress that can be worn for multiple occasions.
