When you buy an opal, you pay for millions of years of work by Mother Nature, the labor and supplies of the miners, transportation, time of buyers and sellers, the opal cutter, courses, mobilization, experience, the machines to cut and polish the opals, storage and infrastructure, and more.
I work with opals from rough material to polished stones. I do not use ink, heating, or radiation to enhance the colors. It can be used to create elaborate jewelry. You may need a custom setting. A nice gift for your loved one or a great addition to any collector's set. I price my items based on average reference prices. Everything I sell are personal items, not from a big company.
