This item is in good, used condition. The playhouse is not complete but all of the accessories are original to the playset. This one is from 2014 MGA for the 4-Ever Best Friends dolls. The furniture and playset are ideal for any 10” dolls.<br><br>There’s no breaks to the playset, it opens and closes as it should. The top part needs to be screwed back in but it’s not broken, I just didn’t attach it to the playset for the pictures because I would have to disassemble it for packing purses anyways.
