vintage Midcentury handled bowl or tureen. White cherubs cavort on a cobalt glazed background of the ovular bowl, which rests upon a 4 flare footed pedestal. The piece is hand-painted and trimmed in gold. "made in ITALY" and the number "500" (the model # of the design) is carved into the bottom. This fancy decorative piece bears a strong resemblance to the Capodimonte putti style.<br><br>Approximately Measures 5 5/8" high, 9 1/2" long (handle to handle), and 3 3/8" wide. It is in good vintage condition, with a bit of crazing on the bottom. No breaks or cracks
