Includes plastic rain protector with falling candy graphics (slightly wrinkled from storage but in perfect condition). Please see photos six through twelve for opening instructions: The red lock mechanism at the bottom on the back locks the wheels and serves as the way you push down with your foot to unfurl stroller and lock it open. To close, push down with your foot while pulling upward on the carry strap. Child-safe belt clip ensures secure seating.
