Cut from airy georgette with a crinkled texture, this knee-grazing floral dress is designed with beautiful cascading ruffles that line the sleeves. A tiered skirt and a smocked waistband lend ease of movement to its fit-and-flare silhouette. <br>Fit-and-flare silhouette. Intended to hit at the knee.<br>US size 18 has a 39¼" body length and a 28½" sleeve length. Dress length is taken from the center back of the neck and changes ¼" between sizes. Sleeve length changes approximately ¼" between sizes.<br>Split neckline with a self-tie accent.<br>Long raglan sleeves. Cascading ruffles down each sleeve and raglan seam.<br>Smocked waistband.
