A very special backpack made to honor the beautiful shells which can be found on the Hazel Village lakeshore and in the personal collections of many woodland friends. Its curving front panel of ivory wool felt is hand-embroidered with arches of pale blue chain stitching. A cotton canvas flat back panel is attached with an ivory blanket stitch, and a pearlescent button with pale blue braided loop create the backpack’s clasp. Artfully twisted shoulder straps are made from cotton floss in beachy tones with charming accent tassels.
