For sale is a Dremel 400 XPR rotary tool with carrying case and accessories shown. The Dremel rotary tool itself does work, but I cannot get the shaft to unlock so that I can remove the attachment. From my short research it seems to be a worn piece that holds the shaft in place while unscrewing the attachment. That piece can be purchased for what seems to be $8-$12. There are some attachments included in the case. The case does have a crack in the clear portion in the center. This item is listed as parts for the reasons stated above.
