Condition notes: 'mayor' written on the inside cover, 'withdrawn' stamp on the back cover, stains on approximately ten pages, corner page creasing, page dirt, stains, tears, and wrinkles. Covers show corner wear, white color loss on the fish head area, stains, dirt, a barcode sticker added, and heavy signs of use.
