Needs new decals and a few scrapes. Brake cable needs to be hooked back up. Just noticed a divot in the rear rim, I think you could tweak it out without much trouble and it wouldn't compromise the structural integrity of it. All original, solid bike rides smooth. I know it's 40 dollars just for the box to ship it, not sure about the actual shipping charge and willing to make reasonable accommodations.
