This is a new set (old stock) and it was only opened in order to photograph, inspect and test. All 4 pieces are included: the house with adapter, Black Cat Crossing accessory, maple tree, and bag of fallen leaves. The lights were tested and work as they should.
Manufacturing defect noted: area on the right side of the house at its bottom edge where paint doesn’t go all the way to the edge. See photo #8. Untested, as-is.
