Here’s a Mid Century Heavy Round Medallion Pendant/Brooch by Cecilia Tono, a popular Modernist Artist from Taxco. Star of David Medallion Pendant with Tiger’s Eye stones. The Star has a High Relief craftsmanship and the base has a lovely textured finish. This Brooch has slots on the edges, designed in such a way that a Chain can be inserted, to be used as Pendant. It is large, 2.25” in diameter and heavy 32.4 grams. Hallmarked Cecilia Tono, Taxco Mexico STERLING. Acid Tested. I have added a 30” Sterling Silver Snake Chain. All metals tested. In excellent condition.
