An antique Kotani biscuit eggshell porcelain canister. It was made in the late 1800s or early 1900s. It is rare. It is hand painted with a moriage style. It has four decorated hand painted panels. It’s made out of eggshell porcelain. It is decorated with gold gilding. It measures 8 1/2 inches tall with the lid on. It measures 5 1/2 inches deep. It measures 4 inches to 4 1/2 inches wide at the top. There are four geisha girls, water, mountains, flowers and villages hand painted on this canister. This canister measure 17 inches in diameter. It’s in perfect condition no cracks no breaks no scratches. It’s a beautiful piece very detailed and very elegant.
