Bitossi era MADE IN ITALY MCM mid century vase 8.25" h lime green glaze.
Based on the color, this was likely made between 1965 and 1973. The mottled lime peel glaze is shiny and has a look similar to the skin on a lime. This glaze has also been described as lime Kelly green glaze. The face kind of reminds me of an old fashioned milk bottle or it also has the look of a mid-century modern Scandinavian glass piece. The shape of this vase is unique! Approximate Height: 8.25" with base measuring 3.5" x 3.5". Numbered on bottom # 69423 and initials PV in a circle. Vase is flawless and newish looking all over ....
