Antique Large White Oak reclining chair, dark stained, handcrafted in England by William Morris Company in the late 19th century (circa 1867). A true work of art and a great antique in superior condition considering its age. Measurements: H: 41.75” x W: 32” x D: 35.5”.
Completely original, except for the fabric on cushions (original horse hair stuffing). The Morris chair derived from an example discovered about 1866 by Warrington Taylor.
