Antique sterling silver .925 carved shell cameo, can be worn as a brooch or pendant. Made in Italy. The cameo has been painted (hot pink) but is still a beautiful piece. The chain is not sterling. Sold as is. Excellent condition. Cameo measures a bit over 1". Necklace measures 16.5" long. I'd take it off and wear as a brooch. Box 22.
