RARE FIND! <br>Large Antique 19thC Porcupine Quill and Ebony Basket c1880 Anglo-Indian<br>Handmade Inlaid Bone Design; Beautiful Workmanship Dove Tail Corners.<br>Porcupine Quills are in Amazing Condition Age - None appear cracked or broken - unusual for this find. Basket in very good condition, minor flaws consistent with age - one approx 3" very thin crack in base of basket & smaller 1.5" surface scratch. Some inlay bone dot designs appear to be missing. I will leave it to the buyer to polish the basket up a bit if you desire. I love it as is, & you might too! I am not an antique appraiser or expert, but I do know that this is an EXQUISITE hard to find gem!! I'm having a hard time parting with it.
