This Chinese carving of a mountain scene is an early to mid 20th century product with unbelievable details.<br><br>It is 4” high (with carved wood base), 2” wide and ½” thick. It is in perfect condition. Comes with original box.<br><br>It depicts a beautiful scene on a mountain. It starts from a poet and a fisherman on a boat. Going up the trail, there’s a man riding on a horse and two scholars reading a scroll in the pavilion. There are more people walking, sitting and meditating and chatting. There are houses, booths, a pagoda and pine trees along the trail.
