Metal tested as 925<br><br>2.25" across<br><br>Definitely Victorian - possibility even Georgian. <br><br>French empire style painting signed<br>? "Ulbrich" ? portrait shows signs of Crazing (which makes me believe it's porcelain) as well as a crack in the clear glaze.
