Antique Filipino Sanduk (grave marker) from the Sulu Archipelago region. This well-preserved memorial statue, likely from an unknown male, possibly adorned a boat as a memorial.
Carved from a single piece of ironwood, this heavy sunduk makes a unique decorative piece for any home or business. Measures approximately 26 inches tall (without stand) and 8 inches in diameter. Estimated origin: mid to late 19th century. As-is.
