Up for sale we have an ornate etched Silver Plated 4 footed Teapot featuring a Cherub Angel. It is etched with floral and Angelic Cherub trim and medallions. Its truely a work of art. Featuring an intricate mixed foliage design that looks Mediterranean, this heavy metal teapot stands tall with a hinged lid adorned by a button-shaped finial. The handle incorporates stone spacers for heat protection.<br> It was made by Reed & Barton, a prominent silversmith manufacturer since 1824, and located in the city of Taunton, MA. The company is still privately owned by the family of Henry Reed.<br> It is marked on the bottom: MFG and Plated by Reed & Barton By Reed & Barton, 28145, Patent Applied For.
