Rare Retired American Girl Samantha’s Bathing Costume from Pleasant Company, 1997. Limited edition, retired in 1999. Preowned Vintage. As-is.
Navy blue bathing outfit featuring three rows of two mother of pearl buttons on chest, short puffed sleeves, and a collar and cuffs made of navy print with polka dots, opens in the back with Velcro. Matching skirt and polka dot print fabric shoes (still have original cardboard-like insert). Wide brim straw hat with polka dot trim and bow attached. Life Preserver, white styrofoam with Piney Point Printed Twice & white rope.
This set is in gorgeous condition. I’m not sure it was ever even worn by a doll. A couple of dents in the inner tube, but nothing major, really gorgeous shape. Please see photos for all the details. Sold as is. Pet free, smoke free home.
