Ajit (from Bakugan) Funko Pop prototype signed by founder of Funko, Mike Becker. I received this from him at Mask-O-Raid 2024 (as seen in last pic).

There is a small mark from a Sharpie on the front of his foot as well as a small scuff on the side of his face (as seen in pics).
