Friends Retro cookie jar<br>Vintage "Cookie Time" clock face cookie jar made by Abingdon Pottery circa 1949.<br>This two-tone green and off-white round cookie jar features a vitreous glaze with a whimsical painted clock "face" that has raised hands, dial, and the words "Cookie Time." The clock "face" has black painted eyes, eyebrows, and nose, and a red mouth.<br><br>The painted features are entirely intact with no loss of paint. The lid is present, and the jar is in overall good condition. No Chips or cracks.<br><br>This is one of the most iconic of all cookie jars, the "Cookie Time Clock" has a fabulous fun design and is a worthy addition to any collection of vintage cookie jars, and will display beautifully in your retro kitchen or dining area.<br><br>The bottom is marked Abingdon # 653. The original paper label is on the back.<br><br>Cookie jar measures 9" T x 8" L x 3 1/2" W.
