1990s Toei Animation Dragonball Z Chi Chi Anime Production Cel

This is an Toei Animation production art cel from the anime Dragonball Z, featuring the character Chi Chi. This piece in particular is colorful and would be great for framing/display in a collector’s space. Please see photos for details-- there appears to be a bit of damage on the lowermost sheet in the packet, but the entire cel is sealed with a Toei Animation sticker, and I've never opened it. Please see also some damage to the outside of the plastic, pictured.<br><br>NOTE ON AGE &amp; CONDITION:<br><br>The animation cel comes from a collection which has been sitting in storage for a long time. I did not originally purchase it; it was gifted to me by a relative. I would guess based on similar collectibles I’ve seen and some stickers/writing on the cels that this production art was purchased sometime in the 90s in Japan. Some of the sleeves are dirtied up a bit, and I tried to photograph details of this where possible. These were owned by me as a teenager and hung like posters, thus the residue.
