1965 Sears Roebuck 3spd Geared 20” Tote Bike

A rare original survivor piece of cycling history here, &amp; all in virtually near mint condition with all original matching parts with the exception of the new gumwall tires I recently put on her….<br><br>1965 Sears roebuck “Tote Cycle” a 20” folding / collapsible cargo bike featuring steel &amp; chrome plated 20” cmc rims with a rear, sturmey archer 3spd internally geared hub that is also equipped with an internal “back pedal” coaster brake. The 3spd hub is wired to a lever shifter located on the seat tube (that is a stock feature… I dunno), and is working just fine. Also includes a front hand brake caliper as an additional safety feature. Bike hosts a frame welded rear storage rack &amp; front alloy removable rack boasting a large storage capacity (hence the “tote cycle” name). f&amp;r chrome fenders, crank &amp; chainguard &amp; gold paint are both incredibly mint original. <br><br>Bike can be separated via 2 locking nuts &amp; a steel lip located at central main tubes for vehicle transport.
