1949 Parker 51 Demi Aerometric, Dove Gray, 14k -F- Nib, Lustraloy Cap

This 1949 Parker 51 Demi Aerometric fountain pen in the Dove Gray colorway is in very good condition for a pen of this vintage.<br><br>Specifications:<br><br>Colorway: Dove Gray<br>Lustraloy cap<br>Nib: 14K Fine<br><br>Condition:<br><br>Overall: Very Good condition<br>Cap: No scratches, gouges, nicks, or cracks. The cap is shiny, and the chrome clip is bright and shiny. There is no brassing or discoloration on the cap or clip.<br>Barrel: Microfine, hairline scratches from age and use. No deep scratches, gouges, nicks or cracks. Barrel imprint is good.<br>Hood, nib, and feed: In very good condition.&nbsp;<br>Clutch ring: Chrome, very bright and shiny.<br>Aerometric filler: I replaced the original Pli-glass sac, and I inked and used the pen for a few months on the one fill. I have since flushed the filler thoroughly with clean water and air-dried.<br>The entire pen has been cleaned and polished with a jeweler's cloth.
